Do you provide on the day coordination?

No, The Wedding A-List is not a traditional wedding planning service and we do not offer on the day coordination. In most cases, the suppliers we recommend will be able to coordinate your wedding without additional help, but if you would like recommendations for an on the day coordinator we can suggest these as part of your package.

Do you provide a styling service?

No, The Wedding A-List is not a styling service. The majority of the couples we work with enjoy this element of wedding planning and do not require a styling service. We work to your creative brief and suggest suppliers who we know will be able to make your vision a reality. If you purchase The Wedding A-List or The A-List Express you will also receive a bespoke Pinterest vision board – this will contain some of our suggestions for styling based on your brief and will help you to manage the creative side without becoming overwhelmed. However, if you do require additional practical help with venue styling, we can provide suggestions as part of your package.

Can you help me plan my destination wedding?

Currently, The Wedding A-List can only help couples planning a wedding in mainland UK.

How do you find the suppliers?

We have an extensive network of amazing suppliers all around the UK, who can create all styles of weddings. However, our suggestions are always completely bespoke, handpicked and tailored to your creative brief so we don’t limit ourselves. We're always on the look out for amazing new suppliers. Whatever you are looking for – we will find it!

Do suppliers pay you to be recommended?

No. Suppliers can’t pay to be suggested to our couples. Each A-List (whether signature, mini or express) is completely bespoke and tailored to your creative vision. Unlike online wedding directories, suppliers can’t pay to be listed or promoted. We handpick the suppliers we think will be best suited to your vision, not the people who have paid us to recommend them. We do offer opportunities for suppliers to advertise on our blog and social media, but we only ever work with suppliers we love and are happy to recommend via these channels.

Will the suppliers you recommend give me a discount?

We work with a wide range of suppliers, from large companies to small, independent businesses and sole traders. It is not always possible for every supplier to offer discounts to our clients. However, we always strive to secure the very best deal for our clients and in many cases our suppliers are able to offer discounts.

Do you receive any money from suppliers?

No. Suppliers do not pay us to be recommended to our clients, nor do we receive any of the money you pay to them. The only money we ever receive from suppliers is if they choose to advertise on our blog or social media, but this does not affect our recommendations to clients in any way.

Can you help me with my budget / schedule / guest list / table plan?

Yes! If you purchase The Wedding A-List signature package or The A-List Express you will receive our exclusive planning tools which will help you to manage all of these elements. You can also purchase these tools separately if you just need a hand with these elements.

Will someone from The Wedding A-List come to my wedding?

No, The Wedding A-List is not a traditional wedding planning service so we won’t be in attendance on the day. We suggest suppliers who we know can coordinate your wedding on the day but if you require extra support on the day we can recommend on the day coordinators as part of your package.

What kind of suppliers can you find for me?

We can help you to find any kind of wedding supplier. The most common types of suppliers we are asked to source include venues, photographers, videographers, hair and make-up artists, caterers, marquee suppliers, florists, DJs, bands, boutiques and cake bakers.
